How to Measure:

Bust/Chest:

With arms relaxed at sides, measure around the fullest part of the chest/bust.

Waist:
Measure around the natural waistline, smallest part of waist.

Hips:
Standing with legs together, measure around fullest part of hips.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Please sent us an email with the request at RE@shopvelvetpr.com or sent us a message at (787) 513-3806 and we will contact you as soon as possible with the instruction.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the shipping date. (business days) All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@shopvelvetpr.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least six (6) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

  • swimsuits    
  • SALE items 
  • jewelry 

PLEASE NOTE: For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. All return or exchange merchandise must be in it's original condition with Velvet tag attached. All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, no visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. Please understand that returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return policy will be shipped back.

Orders are processed after payment is authorized and verified. 

    To receive your package after it's processed:

    • Puerto Rico orders, allow 1-2 business days.
    • USA orders, allow 2-4 business days.
    • International, allow 7-12 business days.

      Please note: We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages during transit due to the postal service.

      Order invoice: After your order is placed using our check out system, you should receive an order invoice from us. If you did not receive an order invoice in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. In the case that your order invoice is not found in your junk folder, please contact us.

      Velvet reserves the right to cancel any order and please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

      How will I know if my order is confirmed?

      After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received. Orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. 

      Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed and verified?

      Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed and has been shipped out.

      Can I cancel my order?

      Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.Make sure you check your order before confirming it.
